• All-Around Qualification:

  • Compulsory, Optional, & Xcel: Score 32.00 AA once (in-state or out-of-state).

• Event Specialist Qualification:

  • Levels 6–10 & Xcel Platinum/Diamond/Sapphire: Score 9.2 once on that event (in-state or out-of-state).

• Judging & Reporting:

  • All qualifying scores must be earned under a two-judge panel.

  • Coaches are responsible for submitting out-of-state scores to the State Scoring Chairman.

• Declaration Dates:

  • Fall State Meet: October 15th

  • Spring State Meets: February 15th

  • Weekend Rule: If a date falls on Fri/Sat/Sun, it moves to the following Monday.

• Level Restriction: After the declaration date, athletes must remain at their declared State Meet level.

• Entry & Payment Deadline: 4 weeks prior to the State Meet.

• Qualification Score Window: Athletes have 2 additional weeks after the entry deadline to earn their qualifying score.

• All athletes must be entered into and paid for their state meet four weeks prior to the state meet. They have two additional weeks to meet their qualification score if necessary.

• An athlete is only considered entered in the meet after her name is listed on the club’s entry form and the Meet Director has received valid payment.
