Return to Dev. Program

USES: Athletes who have competed at the State meet level in a program other than Developmental Program (Including Xcel) and wish to return to the DP program. **Athletes wishing to return to level 9 or 10 must petition the Regional Administrative Committee

SEND FORM TO: Form will be submitted to the Ga.USAG Level representatives for review - Please allow a 3 week turn around.

Score reporting

USES: Report out-of-state qualification scores OR when scoring software was not used for scoring

Senior 2027 Form

USES: This form collects personal, gymnastics, and future academic details from graduating senior athletes to recognize them at the Georgia State Meet.

Mobility Petition

USES: Allows older athletes to skip certain steps in the standard mobility progression (up to Level 7 for Dev, or up to Sapphire for Xcel). ELIGIBILITY: Dev Program: Age 12+ Xcel Age 14+ or High School Freshman

REQUIREMENTS: Must include a single, short video showcasing a few appropriate skills on each event for the requested level.
