Meeting called to order by Peggy Simpson, Chair, at 7:00 p.m.

New Business:

  1. Available judges for the USAG State Meets were submitted by Jean DeArmon, Georgia SJD. A final list was approved.

    USA Level 2 and 6 State - Moved Michelle Pomerantz, 2nd Drew Davis
    USA Level 5 State - Moved Judy Prestigiacomo, 2nd Bobby Allen
    USA Level 3 and 4 State - Moved Michelle Pomerantz, 2nd Becky Oppenheimer
    USA Level 8, 9 and 10 State - Moved Michelle Pomerantz, 2nd Judy Prestigiacomo
    USA Level 7 State - Moved Judy Prestigiacomo, 2nd Becky Oppenheimer

  2. Senior Recognition: Sennie Clark and Cynthia Davis will again chair this committee.

  3. State Meet Awards: Optional Athletes - AA and Event Winners medals
    More as number of athletes is known - Moved Chris Calvert, 2nd Bobby Allen
    Passed

  4. Apparel - Optional alternates will also get apparel - Judy

  5. TOPS - Changes in program, Judy Prestigiacomo our State TOPS Director, will use a limit of $50 to outfit these gymnasts with a team leotard.

  6. State Meet Team Awards - Debbie Roe will look into banners Moved Drew Davis, 2nd Sheila Ragle, Passed

  7. State Compulsory/Optional Clinic June 25, 2005 at Roswell Rec Center - Board Members who would like to be sent to Kentucky for clinic can fill out application in the next newsletter and decision will be made at December meeting. Possibly 3 will go and split up on events

  8. Georgia USA Board will award $100 to Brevet and National Judges to offset course fees.

  9. Ceal Wutka provided a document stating that she is getting directions to gyms on the website and that they should check to ensure the maps are correct.

The next meeting will be December 12, 2005 at Roswell Rec during Level 5 State.
