Meeting called to order by Peggy Simpson, Chair, at 11:30 a.m.

Old Business

  1. Confidentiality Forms - a discussion provided reasons for having this paper signed and dated by all board members. Peggy will print out this form and mail it to the board.
  2. June NAWGJ Clinic will focus on more basic skills - it is reported that there are 90 folks registered.
  3. Georgia Club Information Request - there are still clubs who have not responded to this request. Brock White will coordinate contacting those clubs, reminding them that Friday is the deadline for inclusion in Regional Releases.
  4. Region 8 Congress Silent Auction - Peggy Simpson needs help for items to be included and would like this information prior to July 9th, 2003.
  5. Attendance Policy - Our policy is the same as that found in the Operating Code. Two consecutive absences will necessitate a letter, and the 3rd consecutive absence will result in removal of that board member.

    Level 8,9.10 32.00 AA once in a sanctioned meet, in or out of state

    2. Compulsory Qualifying Score - Two (2) weeks before State Meet

  9. Marian Dykes came up with terrific idea of providing state meet champion banners, individual, AA and team, and Chris Calvert will check on this.

  10. A list of judges assigned to each state meet will be emailed to each Board member prior to September 6, 2003.
