Meeting called to order by Peggy Simpson, Chair, at 8:25 p.m.

New Business:

  1. Resumes from those who would offer to be clinicians at our June clinic were distributed. After discussion, names from the floor were added to this list and Peggy will coordinate these names for a final list.

  2. Discussion of the format for our summer clinic was discussed. We have Marian Dykes for the optional portion and Dana Kling, GA-NAWGJ Training Coordinator, will have gymnasts perform the new compulsories with judges in attendance.

  3. The dates for the 2005-2006 USAG state competition were established; format will be discussed in the June meeting:

  4. lubs offering to host state meets must have a signed contract in hand if the meet is to be held at an outside facility.

    5. The Georgia USAG will help all National and Brevet Course judges with financial gifts.

The next meeting will be June 15th, 2005 at 3:00 at Peggy’s lake house to assign state meets and finalize open business. There will be dinner served as well.
