  1. Roll Call:

  2. Old Business:

    Reinforcement of confidentiality agreement by board members.

  3. Web Page:

    The web site has been moved it is now www.gausag.org. Ceal Wutka will be checking for links for board members and a link from the Regional page. She will also be putting pictures on the web site for all state meets this year.

  4. State Meet Dates for 2001-2002:

    Level 4 & 6 State Meet – Nov. 30 – Dec. 2 / Qualifying date Nov. 12

    Level 5 State Meet – Dec. 8-9 / Qualifying date Nov. 19

    Level 7 State Meet – March 23-24 / Qualifying date March 4

    Level 8,9 & 10 State Meet – March 16-17 / Declaration date Feb. 25 / Qualifying date March 4

    Level 9 & 10 Regional Championships – April 4-7

    Level 8 Regional Championships – April 11-14

  5. Important Dates and Information:

    June 11, 2001 all meet bid forms turned into Brock White

    July 21-22 “Fun in the summer” GGCA Clinic Held at Roswell Gymnastics.

    Next board meeting June 13 at the Crowne Plaza 7:30pm

    Judges 500 Sept. 8-9 held at Roswell Gymnastics

    Level 9,10 & Elite training Camp Oct. 11-13 held at Roswell Gymnastics

  6. Proposal for Ga. USA Gymnastics to give $100 to each of the 11 judges going to the Judging Symposium in California.
